CANCELLATION, RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Cancellation
Cancellation of order before shipment is allowed. We will issue refund of amount paid by you after deducting third party payment gateway charges, if any, levied while processing your order.
Cancellation of order after shipment is not allowed.
Replacement
Replacement is allowed in case the item received by you is defective or you receive an item which is different from what was ordered.
Procedure in such case:
- Please write to us on sharad@taxwithsharad.com providing the details of order and sharing the image of packet (clearly depicting the shipping label) and images/video of the item received.
- Once we verify the information and approve replacement, please pack and ship the item to us. Item should be packed properly and returned to us in the original condition in which it was received. Item should be shipped by you within 5 days of its receipt. We will inform you the address of delivery and mode of dispatch.
- Please share with us the shipping receipt clearly showing the relevant details (name of consignor and consignee, PIN code of delivery, shipping charges).
- We shall process the replacement within 3-4 days of receipt of item after necessary verification.
- We shall reimburse to you the return shipment charges borne by you if the item is shipped at the address and via the mode of dispatch advised by us under #2 above.
We reserve the right to deny any replacement, cancellation or refund, either in full or part, if the criteria outlined in this policy is not met fully or partly, and the decision of business in this regard will be final and binding. In some cases, non-fulfillment of policy criteria may delay processing, if it is not declined.
